If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can
return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply include a copy of your receipt along with a note stating the reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
- The shipping cost is non-refundable. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the amount it cost us to ship it to you will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging.
- Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).
- Please package items carefully so that they will not be damaged during shipping.
- Please use a carrier that will insure all packages and has tracking capabilities. *Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have the shipping fees we incurred deducted from the refund.

continental US only. All other must e-mail for there shipping costs as

We ship most orders by Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders under 1 pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
International orders are shipped via the US Post Office.
All buyers should supply both a street address, and your PO Box if applicable. Please don't forget to include your apt. # or suite # if applicable. If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
