BLACK 1" VINYL MINI BLINDS - 40" WIDE x 72" LONG

BLACK  40" wide x 72" long  vinyl mini blind. These blinds will fit 1/2" wider and 3/8" smaller than stated size. The headrail of the blind measures 1/2" less than the stated size.  The headrail will measure 1/2" less than stated size.  New in package.  Includes brackets.  (please measure carefully, these blinds are not returnable if opened).
